Shipping
We ship products across all locations in India using reputed courier services like Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, XpressBees, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Delivery Timeline:
Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
Rest of India: 4–7 working days
If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
If out of stock, you will be informed via email within 2–3 days regarding availability.In rare cases where courier services are unavailable, delivery will be made through India Post.
Note: Delays caused by courier companies or India Post are beyond our control and responsibility.
Returns & Replacements
For defective, damaged, or broken items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.If the product is not working, you must provide testing proof of the received item.
Without valid proof, no return or refund will be processed.In the case of wrong product delivery, returns are accepted only with original packaging and must be initiated within 2 days.
For approved returns, if reverse pickup is arranged, refunds or replacements will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are additional and calculated automatically based on the weight and quantity of the product during checkout
Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
If the order is cancelled from our end, a full refund will be processed to your bank account or card within 10 working days.
Refunds
- If the order is failed or cancelled and the payment is still deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
